1. Is it possible to collect the order in person?

2. What should I do if I forgot to provide the Tax Identification Number for the invoice when placing the order?

It is not possible to issue an invoice with a Tax Identification Number for a receipt without a Tax Identification Number.

According to the amendment to the VAT Act from 01.01.2020, an invoice for sales registered at the cash register and confirmed by a receipt can be issued only if the receipt contains the Tax Identification Number

• An invoice without a Tax Identification Number can be issued only and exclusively to a natural person for their needs personal.

3. What should I do if the website says that the product I'm interested in is out of stock?

In such a situation, please contact us by email or phone.

4. If I order two items, but separately, can I receive them in one package?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

5. Can I check the status of my order?

You can view your order in the customer panel after clicking "my account" on the store website.

6. Can I pick up the goods at a brick-and-mortar store?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

7. Can I order goods with the option of shipping abroad?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. It is only possible to ship the order within Poland.

8. What are the payment methods for purchased goods?

9. What is the deadline for refunding the money for the returned goods?

Refund to the account from which the payment was made within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return by PHZ Baltona S.A.

10. How is money refunded for returned items?

The money is refunded by transfer to the account from which the order was paid.

11. What to do if the ordered goods arrive damaged?
