In matters related to processing of personal data and the exercise of rights under the GDPR, you can also contact the Data Protection Inspector appointed by the Administrator under Article 37 paragraph 1 of the GDPR (hereinafter: "Inspector") by writing to the e-mail address: rodo@baltona.pl.

The Inspector, under Article 38 paragraph 5 of the GDPR, is obliged to maintain secrecy or confidentiality regarding the performance of the tasks performed - in accordance with the applicable provisions of the law of the European Union or a Member State.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to request:

  • access to your personal data, including obtaining a copy of your data (Article 15 of the GDPR or - if applicable - Article 13 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR),
  • their rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR),
  • deletion ("right to be forgotten") (Article 17 of the GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR),
  • transfer of data to another controller (Article 20 of the GDPR).

And also the right:

  • to object at any time to the processing of your data:
    • for reasons related to your particular situation - to the processing of personal data concerning you, based on Article 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR (i.e. on our legitimate interests) (Art. 21 sec. 1 GDPR);

Contact us or the appointed Inspector if you wish to exercise your rights. You can object to our use of cookies (which you can read about below) in particular by using the appropriate browser settings.

If you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

for the duration of the above-mentioned agreement

until the expiry of the legal obligation related to accounting
