Returns and complaints

Withdrawal from the contract

If

A) you are a consumer

or

B) you are a natural person, and the contract you concluded with us after December 31, 2020 is directly related to your business activity, but is not of a professional nature for you

- as a rule, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting to us a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, e.g. by e-mail sent to the following address: crewshop@baltona.pl

Return the returned item to us immediately along with the completed return form(← document to download)and proof of purchase:

1. via the SZYBKIEZWROTY service;

2. by sending it to the following address: Baltona Magazyn - Loxxess Polska ul. Kwietniowa 36, 05-090 Wypędy, but no later than within 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins:

  • for a contract in which we issue an item, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from the moment you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier take possession of the item, and in the case of a contract covering many items that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from the moment you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier take possession of the last item, batch or part.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before it expires.

Payments made by you, including costs We will return the goods to you immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receiving your declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

We may withhold the return of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending them back, depending on which event occurs first.

Remember that you do not have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, among other things. in relation to the contract:

  • in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to your specifications or serving to meet your individual needs;
  • in which the subject of the service is an item that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life;
  • in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after opening the package, if the package was opened after delivery;
  • in which the subject of the service is audio or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery.

Complaints

If you are a consumer, in the event that the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to complain about it based on the warranty. It is best to submit a complaint to the e-mail address: crewshop@baltona.pl or by post to the address ul. Komisji Obrony Robotników 49, 02-146 Warsaw.

The defective goods should be sent to the following address: PHZ Baltona S.A. ul. Komisji Obrony Robotników 49, 02-146 Warsaw together with completed complaint form (← document to download) and proof of purchase.

In connection with a defect, you can request:

  • replacement of the item with a defect-free one,
  • removal of the defect,

or submit a declaration of:

  • reduction of the price,
