Each product in the case of transfer payment or online payment is sent immediately after the money has been credited to our account.

Orders are packed in the LOXXESS Polska sp. z o.o. warehouse.

Parcels are delivered by courier companies - delivery time depends on the carrier, type of shipment and recipient's address. It usually takes up to 2 business days.

If you have chosen to collect your order via InPost Parcel Lockers, the parcel will be in the Parcel Locker you have selected within a few business days from the moment the parcel is sent.
